War on terror something to fear

— Why do we call it the war on terror? I am speaking of the conflict with al-Qaida and its allies, as distinct from the Iraq War and the Afghanistan War, both of which in my opinion were serious mistakes.

The war on terror is very different from the other “wars” in America’s history, so I decided to make a list of the qualities that I think make it different, followed by ways in which it is similar to the previous ones:
