Congress: Who Is Behind Assassinations In Iran? #NoIranWar

Yet another Iranian scientist has been assassinated.In an environment in which the U.S. is beating the drums of war against Iran, we do not have the option of closing our eyes and acting as if we don’t know what’s going on.

The U.S. government carries out extrajudicial executions and it does its work in secret. We can’t wait for the whole truth to emerge all by itself.

The U.S. Congress has the power to call hearings and compel U.S. officials to testify, under penalty of perjury, as to the U.S. role in these assassinations.

Congress did an enormous amount of damage to peace through the aggressive Iran Threat Reductions Act. Under the guise of “prevention” it put in place measures that hasten war.

If Congress truly opposes war, it should make that clear TODAY by stepping in forcefully to demand TRUTH and signal that NO U.S. (or allied) provocation of Iran will be tolerated.
